Know My Memories is free to download on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Just search for the App and install it on your device. You can get started on our free plan immediately. If you love it and need more features, you can upgrade to a subscription (In-App purchase) for £2.99 a month or £29.90 a year to unlock unlimited access.

  1. Yes! You only need one subscription to allow the whole family to enjoy Know My Memories.

There are no long-term contracts.

We offer both Monthly (£2.99) and Annual (£29.90) subscription options.

If you choose the annual plan, you’re committing for the year (with the benefit of a discounted rate). If you go with the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to cancel anytime – it will simply not renew the next month. In either case, subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel, so you’re never locked in beyond the current paid period.

There should be a link or QR code in the email you have received. If in doubt, you can find the App by searching for ‘Know My Memories’ in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Yes – the app is available on both Apple iOS and Android devices (phones and tablets). Simply search ‘Know My Memories’ in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download.

We do not currently offer a desktop or web version; Know My Memories is designed for mobile use

You can invite as many family members as you wish to connect everyone together. The free plan allows up to 5 family members in a family network. If you’d like to include more than 5 people, you can upgrade to our subscription plan which supports unlimited family members (all under one account).

You can access Support from within the App through the support button at the bottom of the dashboard or from the settings menu.

If you have forgotten your passwords, simply use the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the sign in form.

All family members and close friends that you invite to your Know My Memories subscription (including any Trusted Contacts you choose to add) will be able to see the information shared in your family group.

Know My Memories is currently only available as a mobile App for iOS and Android devices, and we have no plans for a desktop version at this time. We focused on mobile so that it’s easy for families to capture and share moments on the go. (If you received an invite, please use an iPhone, iPad, or Android device to download the App).

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the App (in the settings section). If you cancel, you will continue to have access to your premium features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for (the current month or year). After that, your account will revert to the free plan.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel. 

As subscriptions are on an auto-renew basis, you don’t need to give any special notice to cancel.
 
For monthly plans, just cancel before the next month starts and you won’t be billed again. For annual plans, cancel before your yearly renewal date. If you do cancel mid-term, you’ll still have access for the remainder of the period you have paid for.
 
If you need your data deleted or have special circumstances (e.g., a family member passes away), please let us know – we can assist with data requests as outlined in our Privacy Policy

Know My Memories takes data security very seriously. 

If you no longer wish to use the App and want to ensure that we no longer have any of your data, you can make a request to us at admin@knowmymemories.com

If a loved one sadly passes away, their data can be requested free of charge from our team within six weeks of the App membership cancellation. 

Yes. The family has control over who is part of an individual’s network and what they can do.
 
You can invite or remove members at any time. The family can also decide if someone should be included as a Trusted Contact
(for example, allowing a professional carer or a close family friend to have access). In short, only the people you want in your Know My Memories network will be there, and you can always adjust permissions in the App settings.
