I don’t have an account yet. What should I do?
- The Care Service that supports your Loved One will invite you to join Know My Memories by email using the email address you have provided to them.
- Please check the details you have provided if you have not received an invitation email.
How do I login once I have been signed up?
- Once you have downloaded the App, open it and click ‘Sign In’. You will be directed to a b2clogin.com screen. Select ‘Continue’. (See links below to download the App.)
- Enter your email address and password and click sign in.
- Tick ‘Keep me signed in’ if you wish to remain signed in.
I have forgotten my password to log into my account. What should I do?
- Simply select the ‘Forgot your password?’ option and a new link will be emailed to you.
