There should be a link or QR code in the email you have received. If in doubt, you can find the App by searching for ‘Know My Memories’ in the Apple App Store.

At the moment, the App is only available on Apple devices. It will be available on Android soon.

Yes. Know My Memories allows Admin to limit who can and cannot be part of an individuals’ network.

The Admin can also decide whether Care Professionals are granted access to family material.

Know My Memories is available to purchase via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you are looking to purchase as part of an organisation, please contact our sales team who will be happy to help.

Subscriptions are annual; therefore, you are tied in for this period. 

You can opt not to renew at the end of your annual subscription period. You can do this from within the App settings.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel. 

Subscriptions are purchased on an annual basis. Should you wish to delete your data before the year ends, you can contact us from within the App settings. 

Know My Memories takes data security very seriously. 

If you no longer wish to use the App and want to ensure that we no longer have any of your data, you can make a request to us at admin@knowmymemories.com.

If a loved one sadly passes away, their data can be requested free of charge from our team within six weeks of the App membership cancellation.
