Photos and videos stored within the App can be grouped into Memory Boards for users to enjoy time-and-time again.
Those who are unfamiliar with technology can be supported to set these up, providing them with the ability to view their favourite pictures in their own time.
Particularly useful for those who are experiencing memory problems, images can be grouped and labelled to help with recognition of family members and friends.
Memory Boards also aim to reduce social isolation by allowing family and friends to keep loved ones up to date with their own lives.
All items can be commented on or liked to increase interaction with loved ones.
Family members can keep up to date with what a loved one in care has been doing through the activity feed.
Those in care can post updates to the Activity Feed themselves or can be supported by a care professional.
Titles and descriptions can be added to posts to give context and family and friends can like or comment on posts to communicate with their loved ones.
A record of one’s life events can be catalogued within the app through photos and videos which can have titles and descriptions to give context.
Family and friends can view the information if the loved one so wishes. A person’s memories can be recorded for their own pleasure.
Recording past events can be particularly cathartic for those experiencing memory loss or for those in later life.
The chat feature provides a direct line of communication between those in care, care teams and family and friend networks.
